1. There is a dead cat on the street in front of my house. Who do I call to pick it up?

You can report a dead animal in the street by completing a City Service Request form online.  You may also call the Utility Office at 419-300-3142. After business hours, call the Police Department at 419-394-2325.

2. Do I need to call to have my brush picked up?

No, brush is picked up the first Wednesday of each month.  If you hire a contractor for trimming or tree removal on your property, the contractor must take the brush or trimmings away.  

3. I raked leaves in April, will you pick them up?

Leaves that need disposed of from December to fall of the following year can be taken to the grass and brush bins located at 351 North Chestnut Street behind the General Services Department.

4. Who do I call to report a pot hole in the street?

You can report a pot hole in the street by completing a City Service Request form online.  You may also report a pot hole by calling the Utility Office at 419-300-3142 or General Services at 419-394-4201. 

5. When my street was plowed, my mailbox was knocked off. Who replaces it?

 If snow hits your mailbox and it needs repaired or replaced, it is your responsibility. If a City snow plow hits your mailbox, the City will repair or replace it.
