LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Public Service and Safety of the City of St. Marys, Ohio, in the Office of said Director until 12:00 noon local time on June 8, 2023, for: Rock Salt
all in accordance with the specifications on file in the Office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, Municipal Building, 101 E. Spring Street, St. Marys, Ohio, 45885.
Each bid must contain the name of each person and/or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured.
The City of St. Marys reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities.
