To reserve the High Street Shelter House for a special event, you must complete an Application for Use of City Park/Facility form and return to the office of the Director of Public Service and Safety for approval. A non-refundable fee of $40.00 is required and must be paid prior to the event date at the Municipal Building. The form can be obtained at the Municipal Building or downloaded below. Although the shelter house can be reserved, the restrooms will remain available for public use.
